In this Picture shows a civil servant from East Timor Justice Ministry under Land and Property department came to notified Mario Inglesh and Manuel Borges to vacant Tourismo Hotel even the case still in the court. After several months now the company which awarded to the right to build a new Tourismo Hotel still trying to remove the legacy of Last place for Roger East stayed in December 1975.
Manuel Borges and Mario Inglesh has been as the operator for this hotel since East Timor Independence. Now they left their business because took over by Mr. Jorge Serano and his collegues. This Hotel is a problematic and many other companies looking for the opportunity to get right to use the sight. Early this year the Ministry of Justice has tender the place and invited several interested parties who express their interest.
In an opened tender a joint venture under the name of Mega Socieade won the tender and Media group was in the second place but later the Ministry of Justice change its decision to shift the result to Media Group.
